What file formats do you need for a quote?
We prefer STEP or STL files for the most accurate quote. If you only have an idea or sketch, that’s okay too! Just select “I need design support” in the form.
How soon can I expect a response after submitting the form?
Our goal is to respond to all quote requests within 4 business hours with an initial assessment or follow-up questions.
Do you sign NDAs to protect my idea?
Absolutely. Your intellectual property is safe with us. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share any sensitive details.
What is your typical lead time for production?
For most projects, production can be completed within 10-15 business days after final approval. Prototypes are much faster (3-5 days).
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ starts at just 50 pieces, perfect for startups and market testing.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept bank transfers (T/T) and offer flexible payment terms, typically 50% deposit to start production and 50% before shipment.
